Keith R. Obert
Keith Obert handles a wide range of intellectual property matters for clients, including patents, trademarks and copyrights. Keith has experience with patent related matters, such as: investigation of patentable aspects of new inventions and preparation of patentability opinions, preparation of patent applications for filing in the United States and abroad, prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, coordination of non-infringement and invalidity investigations for strategic business development purposes and in conjunction with disputes. Keith also has experience with the procurement and protection of trademarks, including: inter party proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, application and prosecution of trademark applications for registration of marks in the United States and abroad.
