Francis Maguire has been with the firm since 1992 serving a variety of corporate and entrepreneurial clients. Fran’s practice is focused on domestic and foreign patent procurement in the electrical arts, including telecommunications, electrical hardware, software, semiconductor devices, and signal processing. Prior to joining the firm, Fran was in-house patent counsel at a multinational corporation located in Hartford, Connecticut for nine years and prior to that an electrical engineer for eight years for two other major Connecticut corporations before and during law school.
