William J. Barber
William Barber specializes in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in various technologies, including: industrial, beverage dispensing and other types of pumps; pump controllers; SONAR-based effluent sensing equipment; flotation separation equipment; mineral extraction equipment, systems and devices; tomographic-based sensing systems; geothermal systems; wireless, optical, and networking telecommunication systems; as well as all facets of client counseling and opinion-based client support, including patentability, right-to-use, and validity/invalidity opinions. Bill currently manages a worldwide patent portfolio for his clients in countries/regions all over the world, which includes patent applications filed and prosecuted throughout North, South and Central America, Europe, China and other Asian countries, Russia and other Eurasian countries, the Middle East, South Africa and other African countries and Australia.
