Steven T. Cooper
Steven Cooper is experienced in drafting provisional, design and utility patent applications for clients in a variety of technological fields for filing in the U.S. and abroad, prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO and managing client portfolios of U.S. and foreign patents and applications. Steven assists clients in conducting trademark clearance searches and opinions as part of a name selection process, and obtaining and maintaining trademark registrations in the U.S. and abroad. Steven also counsel clients on risks associated with their products or names by providing opinions relating to IP infringement and validity, and aid clients in navigating third party disputes relating to patent, trademark and copyright, and works with attorneys whose clients have IP concerns, including agreements relating to transfer or licensing of IP, and recording agreements with the USPTO.
