Kenneth Q. Lao
Kenneth Lao has been at Ware Fressola Maguire & Barber LLP for over 20 years. Ken has a technical background in optics, lasers and electronics. Ken’s academic research experiences include Rayleigh-Brillouin scattering of laser in gases, dynamic laser scattering in the study of conformation of macromolecules in polar and non-polar liquids. Ken’s industrial research experiences include plasma display devices, ion-sputtering damages on thin-films, propagation and absorption of millimeter waves in adverse weathers, millimeter-wave imaging and its application in aircraft autonomous navigation and landing, fiber-optic interferometry, laser-speckle interferometry, high-temperature surface-expansion gauge.
