Practicing broadly in all phases of intellectual property law, George Snyder was brought into the firm a number of years ago to augment its full-service IP capabilities. George has solid experience in: opinion work concerning validity and infringement issues in the patent and trademark fields; transactional work ranging from licensing to more complex business deals with IP ramifications; handling of disputes (e.g., inter partes review or opposition proceedings in the USPTO); appellate proceedings; and U.S. as well as offshore patent and trademark registration procurement. George is conversant in many different technological areas, e.g., in the chemical arts, life sciences, paints, “green” developments, diagnostics/sensors, metallurgy, electronic payment processing, flooring and computer accessories.
